2. Google User Data Access & Limited Use Policy

GAP Intel accesses the following user data from the Google/YouTube API only after your explicit authorization:

YouTube Analytics Data: We access read-only analytics data (views, watch time, retention metrics, subscriber counts) solely to generate the performance reports displayed within your dashboard.
Channel Information: We access your channel name and ID to associate your reports with your account.

Google Limited Use Disclosure

GAP Intel's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer this data to third parties for any purpose other than providing the app's core service, and we do not use this data for advertising.

3. Data Collection and Usage

We collect data to provide feedback on your content strategy. This includes public video metadata (titles, thumbnails, descriptions) and, for authorized users, private analytics metrics.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. We do not store your raw video files or private user comments. You can revoke GAP Intel's access to your data at any time via the Google Security Settings page.
